There's an endurance athlete in all of us.
Registering for an indoor cycling class at the Lab is the fastest way to get started. You'll come to the lab with your own road bike, or borrow one of ours for free. We'll hook your bike up to a CompuTrainer machine that measures all of your output and controls the tension on your bike to simulate real road conditions.
Classes are limited to 8 participants, so you'll get the feel of personal coaching with the camaraderie of working out with a group.
You get a solid plan of attack, ongoing expert guidance, and flexibility for when life happens.
We can't do the work for you, but we can help you get there. Whether its to cross a finish line, PR a race, or just feel like you belong on the start line, having the right coach is key. We have one goal, and that's to help you reach your goals.
Our coaching clients are cyclists, triathletes, and runners. One thing they all have in common is that they work hard and make their workouts count.

It's true, we're moving. But don't worry, the space is going to serve our athletes even better than the old one. We'll still track FTP with painters tape and pick the same bad movies on Sundays. The space is changing, not the Lab you've grown to love.
