Indoor cycling classes on a real bike

It takes grit and mental toughness to ride with us.  But when you start taking our classes, you know you're getting better every day.  Getting faster, growing stronger, inching closer to where you want to be.

Our indoor cycling classes use CompuTrainer, which provides the most interesting indoor bike experience ever. Cycling and triathlon coaches worldwide use CompuTrainer as their primary testing instrument. USA Triathlon and USA Cycling test and train their team athletes with CompuTrainer.  We use it to help you see improvements as you go along.

You can use your own bike for the class or borrow one of ours.

Personal Coaching

Area triathletes, cyclists, and runners train with Detroit Endurance Lab to reach their fitness goals.   Coaching offered for beginners to experienced athletes.

Testing and Bike Fits

Learn your FTP (Functional Threshold Power), adjust the way your bike fits so you can perform your best, or come in for a one-on-one training session.

Free Loaner Bikes

New to the sport?  Just don't have a road bike?  No problem, borrow one of ours for free.

"I did it!  Thanks for getting me here."  - Margie Golden, 50 year old first time Ironman Triathlon finisher

“Without a doubt, I accomplished my goals because of Landall’s coaching knowledge.  He made it possible to be a father, husband, working professional, and a competitive athlete.”

Jay Dove, Cat 3 Road/Cat 2 Cyclocross, 2012 Cycle Sportif Series Champion

"Landall helped me go from a CAT4 bike racer who was getting dropped to someone who can now work on dropping others. He provides excellent and timely feedback to workouts and race reports and helps me with race tactics before hand! Looking forward to setting some realistic but lofty goals for next year and working hard to achieve the results."

     Mike Gurtzweiler, Cat 4 Cyclist

"Indoor training/racing is a fantastic way to improve technique and keep your fitness level up during those long cold winters. Plus it's a lot of fun to compete against your training partners! Landall was a part of a great team of qualified cycling coaches that helped me hit the ground running until the weather let up in the Spring."

      John Edwards, MS 150 Cyclist

"I'm thankful for the friendships I've developed at the Lab.  There is a great sense of community there and I love it!"

      Sara Franklin, Triathlete
